In the theme of "Building Communities," the new Enactus project Strokes of Hope put on an art showing in the George Waters Gallery for local artist, JoAnn Myers.
JoAnn has survived two strokes and sells her work in an effort to raise money to train therapy dogs and continue her own personal therapy.
This gallery showing raised more than $500 for JoAnn's cause and helped her to make other connections in the art community. Visit JoAnn's page at to check out the paintings she has for sale!
